Im running windows xp home edition, version 2002 service pack 3. i currently have 512mb of RAM, but im going to add 2-3 more gb. if i add the extra ram, would i be able to download/run windows 7 on xp?

Can You Use A Windows 7 Full Upgrade Cd Over And Over With A Windows 7 Upgrade Version With Different Serials?
I want to Buy a Windows 7 CD for one PC, and for my Laptop i want an Upgrade Download with serial. Both Version comes with different serials.
Can I use the W7 CD on all my pc’s and just get (upgrade serials) so i dont have to but the CD every time. LOL

What Are The Requirements To Upgrade To Windows 7?
I am just wondering what the specifications need to be for my previous computer in order to upgrade to Windows 7 when it comes out (if any). Do I need to have Vista or can I upgrade from XP? Is there a special form of either that would make me eligible for the upgrade? Is there a certain kind of computer that can get the upgrade for free?

Is It Possible To Make A Clean Installation After Purchasing Windows 7 Upgrade?
I have Windows Vista Home Basic on Drive C. If ever Windows 7 Home Premium UPGRADE DVD or OEM will be available, can I clean instal it on Drive F (second partition of hard drive) without erasing Windows Vista? Is it also possible to install a 64 bit win7 into that partition? HOW??

Computer companies are offering free upgrades to Windows 7 for qualified computer purchases from now to sometime in January. After that period will Vista/XP continue to be sold on laptops, or will manufactuers update to 7 as well with their new comps?

If I Upgrade My Computer From Vista To Windows 7 Will I Encounter Problems With Some Programs?
I upgraded my computer to Vista and every time I logged in it gave me the blue screen of death. So I had to reformat my computer to install Vista. Is there a possibility that this could happen by upgrading Vista to Windows 7 (RC Build 7100)? Because I heard that Windows 7 is backward compatible with XP and Vista which would mean there wouldn’t be problems. Help please?
