I was just wondering and think it would be assume idea, as you wouldn’t need to open up media player to View or listen to media as it would be build into windows explorer, and it would also obviate the need for these extra peaces of software. As some people don’t even need to use media player to organize the songs ETC. they can just use explorer. And i also wonder this because you have download media player separate, because it wont be installed with Windows 7? what your ideas on this?

I don’t have any DVD roms, only CDR, which isn’t enough space, seeing as the .iso file for the Windows 7 release candidate build 7100 is 2gb+ in size. Is there a way I could basically run the installation off the flash drive, just like a disk, on a newly formatted computer?
If not, are there any other alternatives?

Note: The windows 7 i use is Windows 7 Build 7077 Black Edition.Includes lots of themes,wallpapers,gadgets and other stuff.
I just wana know that how much of an improvement i will get from this build 7077 to the final build which will release at the the end of october.

If I build a custom computer can I install windows 7 from the start, or do I have to install a different OS in first, also when the time comes, how do I remove windows 7? Do I just put my OS disk in?

i have windows vista 64 bit, HP
im planning on downloading the build tommorow from microsoft
but i want to partition it and make WINDOWS 7 beta, my primary OS
“till the deadline”
Is the amount of space i allocate to the partition the amount of space i have to play with while im on that OS? because if it is, i might have to partition around 150 gigs for it. =/ just checking

I have downloaded windows 7 beta build. I installed it on another computer. I have installedmy belkin wireless adapter and when i click on choose network and click on a network and type in the networks security key, a analogues box pops up saying windows could not connect to the network. How do I overcome this?
