I Need Help With Installing Windows 7 Rc And Some Other Questions About Backing My Data Up?
Ok so i want to install the new Windows 7 RC but i need help with installing it and I also want to know how back up my data and where to back it up. please tell me step by step and also when the trial is over how to i restore my data….please be specific.
Backup depends on exactly what data you need to back up and what OS you’re already using. You either need to partition your current drive and put things on it you need to keep, or most these days will have additional hard drives they can put things on. Only you know what programs, data, etc. you have and what resources you have.
When the trial is over, you’re expected to most likely install the final release of Windows 7.
If you want to go back to what you have now when it’s over, you can do a dual boot scenario.
The RC does remain in testing phases, so if you’re going to need a lot of help installing it or figuring out how to do backups, you likely shouldn’t use it, as it’s going to require you figure out more on your own at times than usual.
