Well, if you are hoping for the upgrade to keep all of your data on your computer, that’s simply not going to happen, unless you have an external Hard Drive to back the data up onto, or play around with partitioning your Hard Drive. Even still, all programs would have to be re-installed. As for the OS, you can get it at mostly any store that sells computer software, such as Best Buy. If you bought Vista recently enough to get the free upgrade, then I do not know, it would probably be mailed to you.
