I upgraded from vista to windows 7. Now I can only get into my computer through safe mode. Anybody no of a way I can go back to Vista. I don’t have a disc, but I might could get my hands on one.

call the manufacturer of the computer and they should send you a system restore disk or just go with windows XP service pack 3 I wouls stay away from windows 7 and Vista both. Good luck

Did you have a recovery partition on your computer before you upgraded to Windows 7? If so, did you leave both partitions (Windows Vista and Manufacturer’s Recovery partition) separate? If you did then you would simply need to boot into the recovery partition to restore your computer back to factory settings.
Please note that when you migrate from Windows Vista to Windows 7 you remove your Windows Vista installation files and will not be able to use System Restore to revert back to your former operating system.
