I Have A Dell Laptop And Was Wondering, When Will My Free Copy Of Windows 7 Ship?
I got a Dell laptop back in July that qualified for the free upgrade to Windows 7. I have it ordered, but not only has it not shipped, it isn’t showing any kind of status message or estimated ship date. I was wondering if it’ll take a while, or if i should contact their customer service and find out whats going on.
same thing happen to me. i was bout to call dell after 5 days of no status of shipment update but it arrived. They dont update the status or shipment info for whatever reason so just wait it out till it arrives then suddenly all the info is updated.
As long as you got a order confirmation for the disk then you are fine.
i was wondering the same thing, because mine qualified and i went to the site and signed up for it, but im not sure how you are tracking it, im just waiting. I have the Gateway M-series ( not sure specifically don’t want to look) but if you know hit me up so i can know too because i been waiting for it
