I Am Using Windows 7 And Installed The Dreamscape Hack Now I Can’t See The Text Below Desktop Icons?

I am using windows 7 build 7100 and installed dreamscape hack now i can’t see the text below desktop icons it is now transparent any idea how to fix or remove the hack?

    change your desktop background to a picture
    everything should go back to normal

    i also have window 7 build. uninstall dream scape hack
