How To Remove Windows 7 Dual Booted With Windows Xp?
I have currently windows xp dual booted with windows 7 both in different partitions on the same hard drive,i would like to know whether i can remove windows 7 by the following method.
1.Format the windows 7 partition
2.Then insert windows xp cd
3.Go repair then type FIXMBR
If not suggest a alternative method
Thankyou

You have to delete the partition that has windows 7 on it.
This is alot easier to do
in the XP partition, go to Start, Run then type in “compmgmt.msc” without the quotations. Then click on Disk Management. Then Right click on the partition that you want to delete, and select delete partition. There you go!
Go for it, can’t think of a better way!
